Oh no! Below are some reasons why your promotion may not be working:
- Did you enter your promotional code in the correct promotional code text box?
- Sadly, All versions of BB-8, Sphero, SPRK, Muse, final sale/clearance items, egift certificates, and gift cards, Osmo, Tiggly, Ozobot, Edwin the Duck, Bloxels products, and any sale items are all excluded from promotional codes.
- You can only have one promotion per order.
- Did a promotional code already pop up in your shopping cart but you want to use another? No problem! Simply click the "remove button" to remove the promotion already there and then enter the new one.
- Did you already apply it to an order that was declined? If so, you'll need to call in your order for a support braincoach to manually apply it for you.
- Do you have a code that is for in store purchase only?
- Has the code expired?
