After your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number notifying you on the delivery status.
Simply click on the tracking number link to see the current location of your package. Please note that there will not be any location updates until your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS.
There are a few ways to track your order if you did not successfully receive your tracking e-mails.
- Login to your account here and click on order history. Your tracking number is beneath your item that you've ordered. Go ahead and click on the tracking number. A pop up will appear with the status!
- Click on Check Order Status on our site, found at the top, and enter in your order number or e-mail address, then your zip code, and then the status will appear.
- Contact support via e-mail or chat.
