- Have you entered your reward member number, also known as your loyalty card number into the "gift card" text box located right above the credit card information section of our checkout page?
- Did you click apply and leave the "pin" text box blank?
- Do you see $20.00 applied to the right section of the checkout page? It should appear below your order total.

Perhaps, you may not have any rewards to redeem. Your reward balance is different than your point balance.
You can check your balance by clicking here.
Do you need to create an account? Its easy!
- Click on "Create an Account" found on every page toward the top left hand corner of our site.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click Submit.
- The next time you log in, you should see a link to your reward account found on the main member home page. It will be toward the bottom on the right column.
If you have created an account and don't remember your password, you may reset it at any time here and clicking the "I forgot my password" link.
