I'm missing pieces from the items I ordered

We are very sorry to hear this! Please e-mail our support braincoaches at support@marblesthebrainstore.com. Provide your order number, what item you have, what is missing, and we'll gladly take care of it.  Depending on the product, we may be able to send you replacement parts directly or have the vendor send them for us.  If pieces aren't available, we can replace the product completely.
