Credit applications are only required if you would like to be invoiced.
A completed credit application, w-9 form, tax exempt form, if applicable, and purchase order can all be submitted at once via e-mail or fax.
The whole process typically takes 5-7 business days. If there are questions on the credit application we will contact you. If you submit our PO at the time of submitting your tax and credit application forms, we will move right along to placing the PO for you.
Otherwise, if paying for a PO with credit card at the time of purchase, simply give us a call or place your order on our site.
If you are tax exempt you need to provide us with a copy of your tax exempt letter by simply e-mailing it over to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing it to 847-660-6305.
