Oh no! Our apologies, let's try and figure out why? First, make sure you have a balance, click here and enter in the gift card number. Leave the pin blank. If you have a balance, make sure you are indeed adding it to the gift card text box found right above the credit card details on our checkout page and not the promotional code text box. Lastly, make sure you don't have one of our old rewards card. It will say rewards on it, if it is.
