How do I return an item for an exchange?

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from Marbles, that's why we provide so many open samples to try in store before you buy and provide pictures and how-to-play videos online.

However, if you find you are still unsatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly accept non-clearance, unopened items within 90 days of purchase with a receipt for the purchase price.

Purchases can be returned to a Marbles store or via mail, regardless if you bought the items in store or online. We require personal identification in store for all returns and exchanges and confirmed contact information included in returns by mail.
