How do I return items by mail?

If your item meets the below criteria, we will be more than happy to send you out a return label. You may request one yourself on our site.While logged in and on your main account home page, click on order history and request RMA will be to the right of the screen.

Once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse, we will issue the credit or replacement. Be sure to indicate the reason for return and if a replacement or refund is needed.The cost of the label will be deducted from your credit unless the product was defective or damaged upon your receipt. You may also send the item back through the post office which tends to be less expensive. The cost of our return labels are based on location it is coming from, the size, and weight of the box. It can be anywhere from $7.00 to $15.00.

1. Return must be made within 90 days of purchase.
2. The product cannot be opened in anyway.
3. The product cannot be used, damaged, or dirty.

Please include the following:

1) Proof of Purchase

  • packing slip included with online purchase
  • or receipt provided with in-store purchase
  • or gift receipt provided with in-store purchase

2) Identification

  • Additional contact information if different from the phone and email in your original order. When we receive your return, we may need to contact you for more information to complete the refund or store credit.

    I went to the store to return items. Despite having the original receipt, they said I had to return online or they would only give me back 50% of the value because items were now on sale. This is not stated in your literature. I wasted a lot of time doing this and now I have to waste more time figuring out how to return by mail and going to the post office. I don't think I should have to pay for shipping as well. This is a terrible policy that should be disclosed.
